Plyo Box in 4x7

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knows the dimensions of the Plyo Box in 4x7 and maybe any helpful tips or tools on how to put one together?

I used 4 cinder blocks for the challenge, but don't recommend that route because the risk of injury seems too high.
