Today for grins and giggles, I performed a meager 3 sets of ten reps in the mill, clean & press, snatch, swipes, and three other exercises I don't remember the names for, with the 25lbers on a Reebok core board. Believe you me, all of the calories in half the time. In between sets I performed various isometric holds you would see in GTB.

I do not recommend this unless you are absolutely sure of your core integrity and knee/ankle stability.

You need to be admitted into a mental hospital because that is downright CRAZY!!!

Have fun tommorrow! LOL :D

I can truly say that working out today garners no interest. After I posted I went for a ride on my Trikke, found the groove and traveled too far. When you lose the rhythm of the Trikke and you have reasonable muscle fatigue then its hard to muscle your way back home.

Today, I will play with the 5lbs and pretend I'm doing a group exercise class from the 20's. Check out www.alliancemartialarts.com and look for the American heritage site then to the physical culture section for some archive indian club swinging.

I know what you mean about the Trikke, Brett. When you've got the groove you just don't want to stop until the inevitable fatigue and form deterioration sneaks up and then you're in for a long ride home.

I'm curious to know what all your doing with the 5s. Care to share.

Thanks,
