Special Guest at RMAX Sambo: BJJ Black Belt Jeff Higgs

After an amazing week with the RMAX Faculty and the CST Lambda Cadre, we returned to normal classes today.

As a special guest we had Jeff Higgs, BJJ Black Belt who awarded Dean Lister his Black Belt in BJJ, attend RMAX Sambo tonight.

Jeff will become the first BJJ Black Belt to be CST Certified as an Instructor.

Throughout the class he shared some incredible Jiujitsu variations that everyone loved. Jeff shared incredible moves that tightened up my jits immediately.

It's a rare honor to have an athlete of Jeff's caliber present, and I look forward to his next visit!

After Lambda another attendee and I had the opportunity to learn some of Jeff Higg's sweet Jiu Jitsu variations (loved it). Jeff was kind enough to answer questions and share his experience. We also got to hangout a few times during dinner and lunch. Jeff's an all around cool person.

I too was fortunate to spend some time with Jeff during our time in WA. He will make an excellent addition to the cadre when the exams are complete.

Thanks for the kind words. Meeting everyone involved with RMAX felt like long lost friends. I guess like minded people eventually meet. Optimum health as well as performance seems to be the common denominator at RMAX. The CST system is already making a positive impact in my training. I'll be working hard to make sure that I represent CST to the best of my abilities. Take care, I'll be in touch.
