You are so close that you really should not miss our FlowFighting event in Toronto. It is on the 5th and 6th of May. Even if you don't have any MA background, you will learn a ton about the application of CST. And I guarantee you'll get the bug for FlowFighting at the same time. :D

I appreciate the offer. I have about 4 years of experience in jiu jitsu from theriens in Ottawa, that was about 3 years ago when i was in university. I keep up a bit of practice with a heavy bag, thats about all.

I will have to check and see if i can make it.
