I have found quite a few references to the Sabre Grip both on the threads and in the books yet I have not been able to track down its specific technical details/description.

Have all books and videos - any leads please ?????

Cheers :D

You can find it depicted here: Phase IV photo sequences (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/18/sonnon1b.html), as well as in the OCS Manual (http://www.circularstrengthtraining.com/clubbellsport.html).

Good Morning Scott,

Thank you for responding so quickly.

It was actually the reference to the sabre grip in these same two photographic sequences that prompted the request for the further detail.

Does the pointer finger simply tend to lay along the length of the clubbell more, opening up particularly the metacarpal bones allowing better proprioceptor feedback to occur (similar to what one con do when using a claw hammer to drive nails in) ?

Ta.

Cheers :D
