I broke the little knuckle on my left hand in a "blue" some 30 odd years ago and it "don't work real good" - it collapses readily when punching or doing pushups on that end of my knuckles etc.
My grip on that hand tends to fry out far sooner than anything else. This is then having an adverse effect at the left elbow and shoulder, as my technique gets shakier and shakier at the business end holding the clubbell.
I would imagine there would be quite a few people out there who may have had similar problems - what have you found useful in rebuilding the stability in this meta-carpal area ???
