Today’s Steel Sledge work.
Post Cb, Kb training
Figure 8 swings. 20 reps, performed as fast as possible, rest 20 seconds and repeat
Diagonal swings (foot forward) 10 swings to each side
Low swings (alternate lead foot) 10 swings each side
Half moon swing (alternate direction of back swing) 10 each side
Rest 1 min and repeat.
