I ordered Maximology about a week ago. Started incorporating it into my Body Flow work. The screw-ups massage my ribcage very intensely, and I have started to get a lot of release in my ribs. Christ! The pain is quite intense, and ironically it is most intense on the gallbladder meridian points. Along with the release physically comes a lot of anger which I discharge in private (I have a mangled metal cabinet as a trophy here).
I started rubbing "jow" onto my ribs and that feels good. I also have lain off the screw-ups for a bit and concentrated on neck rolls. They suddenly improved tremendiously and I can roll on both sides now really well. Neck rolls also massage the ribcage more gently then do the screw-ups.
So I keep working, but the amount of anger trauma in my ribs is phenomenal and more then I suspected. Actually, it is more of a frustrated energy which is the energy that corresponds to the gall bladder meridian in Chinese medical theory.
Sonnon's stuff is amazing. When I studied with a Xing Yi teacher years ago, he used to stress how humans have lost their power because their ribcages have lost their ability to move, which is something the animals do not suffer from. He could close his ribs like an accordian, if you can imagine that!
So glad to be working with Sonnon's stuff!
