That's actually one of the most difficult subs to nail because you need to isolate the hips with the upper body and control the lower legs with your lower legs. Lots of wiggle room unless you have good timing. IOW: it's a lower percentage sub, but when it's nailed, it's tight.

Nasty lateral pop on that one. Made me cringe. I feel for the guy in white... it sucks to have top position and then think, "What is he doing noOWWW!!!?"

That's some good sportsmanship shown afterwards, too.

Yeesh... I've never seen that one before. Almost looks like it came out of no where. And the guy even got up and limped around after that. Made of tougher stuff than I.
