Hello all...

I've been using Intu-Flow® (as well as FlowFit™ and Clubbells) for about 2 months. I definitely feel as though I've gotten into a groove with it. I can see the biomechanical logic to it and am really enjoying the benefits.:D

Here are a couple of questions:

1) I started with 2 weeks or so of religiously practicing the beginner level of Intu-Flow every day. After that I've felt comfotable progressing some of the movements fairly rapidly, but others have taken more time. I assume this is the way to progress through the different levels; movement by movement, correct?
2) Where would Ageless Mobility™ fit into my program? Would it be accurate to describe Intu-Flow® as the comprehensive presentation of Coach Sonnon's JM material, and Ageless Mobility™ more of a specific routine composed of movements from Intu-Flow®?
3) I am currently practicing (and loving!) FlowFit™ every other day (I alternate it with my CB practice) Is Ageless Mobility™ a blending of JM and Prasara?

Thanks!

Johnny

Thank you Thomas.

I'm with you on the pain/exertion maximums. One of the things I am focusing on is slow, solid, natural progression as opposed to the 'pushing and shoving' mentality that has dominated my own fitness pursuits -- in the past!

I spent a number of years seriously practicing Ashtanga yoga, and I have to say that I really am enjoying FlowFit™™ -- what a cool new direction in which to take yoga! I love what the description for Forward Pressure says about yoga being a strong, powerful thing before the "PC Commercialization" of it in the west! (And, any product whose description includes a righteous comment about all the 'milkquetoast' alleged-gurus out there should be purchased immediately.)

I look forward to adding Ageless Mobility™™ and Forward Pressure to my routine sometime soon.

Thanks!

Thanks Thomas -- and, please, my friends call me Johnny (among other things).
At this point, my daily practice consists of 15-20 minutes of Intu-Flow® followed by either 20 minutes of FlowFit™™ (1st phase) or 15 minutes of circuit-style Clubbell®® work.
So it is a fairly basic routine: I'm sort of trying to 'play' my way into a solid grasp of the concepts. Once I feel like I am in stride I surely do plan to begin logging my workouts and pursuing more sophistication.
Right now I am excited and challenged by what I have on my plate.

Here's a quick question that I wasn't sure where to post:
What are the minimum equipment requirements / fitness level to embark on a 4x7 program? Maybe this info is posted on a FAQ page somewhere?

Thanks!

Thanks, Thomas. I'll have to take a look at what some other people have done with the 4x7 protocol in the training logs. Maybe I can work something like that up with what I'm doing now...
I'll have to wait on the gear that goes with the DVD, though...
Thanks, again.

No need to. Coach offers a dumbbell alternative. Certainly isn't as good, but at least it'll get you moving. As for the plyo box, it might be a good idea to start on the floor instead. Not as far to fall = less chance of knocking your teeth in ;)

Cool, thanks for all the suggestions -- I am going to start messing around with some ideas, and once I can get a 4x7 rolling, I'll start posting a log.

My original question has DEFINITELY been answered x 10...

What a helpful forum this is!
