And that warning is wear a hat or do-rag or something when you've shaved your head and do any of the rolls.

As I discovered this morning, a light patina of sweat and a bald head acts like glue on a mat and either 1) halts your body-flow ASAP with nasty popping noised in your neck or 2) causes some of you skin to stay put, and the rest of you to keep moving along. Then your wife laughs at the big red spot on your head.

Just a "heads" up...

off to find some lotion....and a hat to wear outside.

Vince and his shiny red spot....

I've also encountered this. Having a raw spot on a bald head ranks right up there with having a sunburn. I have never done Body Flow drills on a mat, but I've found that you can get a nasty rug burn on your head doing them on carpet! I wore a beanie when I did them for a while, but later I ditched the hat and learned to do them making sure my head only touched lightly. I can see how ANY contact on a mat would be bad news, though!

Good luck with the rash....
