Any possibility of one or both of these in the future? Also, I could use some advice on setting up a program for myself to help me with my BJJ/Judo/CST. I am training BJJ/Judo five days a week. I am doing daily Intu-Flow. I do one session of Clubbells per week(intu-flow extension program). I also try to do Flow-Fit once or twice a week. I plan on working up to Flow-Fit 2 by late summer or fall. Any advice on how I might need to better restructure my program would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff Higgs is a BJJ black belt and CST. Coach Hurst is a Judoka you wouldn't want to mess with. You'd have to contact Jeff directly about training, but Coach Hurst is going to be in Seattle giving a seminar in June. You can contact Joel Seymour to sign up for that one.

As for your program, the next step would probably be to buy the 4x7 DVD set. That's a full self-contained program that shows you how all the wings fit together. Or you can contact a CST instructor in your area and set up an individualized 4x7 program.
