Hello!
Does anyone here have tried the Frolov's respiratory training device for the treatment of allergy? Is it efficient?
Thanks for your answer Jean Luc

This is a tough one. Those who have allergies that express themselves in the respitory tract should be careful with "exploring other options". It's just that the margin for error is pretty small.

A poster by the name of Stephane on the DD forum (who has not posted in a long time) mentioned that he found that endogenous breathing often helped him with his asthma. If he used progressively longer control pauses before inhaling (ie, with empty lungs), he often found that he could bypass the panicky need to suck air that exacerbates the asthmatic's dysfunctional breathing pattern. And I believe that EB is supposed to be of great help to asthmatics. Whether this translates well to treating allergies...you can see the correlation, but I would be very cautious.
However, the people who make the Frolov device also sell a book detailing its applications and the theory behind it, and they have a website with a forum where you could post your questions. It's a bunch of Russian types, though, and English is pretty obviously their second language, so don't go there expecting Dan Kennedy style copywriting :)
