Any bodyweight exercise can be bad for the body if done incorrectly or to exclusion. The Wrestler's Bridge happens to be an easy one to pick on though because in it we are asked to take the cervical vertebra, which are designed to support and maneuver the weight of the head, and making them bear the load of the whole body. Obviously bad things can come of this when form breaks down from fatigue and/or overuse over rides our ability to adapt to a specific demand.
