I'd love a prasara DVD that does for prasara what Ageless Mobility does with Intuflow: mainly verbal prompts guiding me through the nuances of the various chains.
Also, please put music in the backround as with Intuflow....I really miss it in AM.
OK...let's get on it then!

that part of Prasara not having explanasions did suprise me since every other product had a fair amount of tutoring in it. i imagine his thinking on that is by the time you attempt parasa you should in theory have done the other dvds such as body flow, into flow, flow fit and forward pressure that would have had you work into and do the movements so just watching to see the order for the flows would be fine.
Is this thread a general wishlist for rmax products ? :)
If so,

If you have the book BodyFlow and the BodyFlow DVDs (both of which were available before Prasara), you'll recognize all the pieces of the flows. Thus, if you practiced the bio-mechanical exercises from these 'must own' RMAX items, Prasara would be your 'next' progression. :) Think of it as "hey, now that you know the parts, here they are, chained together, with logic!" ;)

If you want to dive deeply into Prasara, go see a CST Instructor or Coach. The DVDs are supplemental.

I have those materials.......I'd still love voice prompted prasara sequences.
