I have started a new grip program, but got shorted out.
My left forarm, went i hold my either straight down near my sides or in a regular curl postion, went I rotate my forearm, the pain shoots all the way up through my forearm, from wrist to elbow.
Of course I have to stop my grip program I had with the grippers.
Any suggestions..

Just saw a Chrico and she told me to rest/ice/stretch the area. I strained the Extensor muscles.
Since I have to lay off for a little while with my left arm, should I keep trainning my right arm???

Hoping someone comes along with more forearm knowledge than me Jay. Sure, go ahead and train the R arm, just a little more conservatively. Meanwhile, move your L wrist and elbow to the extent you can without causing excessive pain.

What he said ;-)
On the upside, this is one of the few circumstances where passive stretching is somewhat useful. (Reason: collagen re-alignment and proliferation) Wait 48 hrs after injury, then start doing the forearm exercise advocated by your DC. S-L-O-W-L-Y.
