Having witnessed the development of OCS first hand,

while being reduced to a limited training regimen because of a
substantial illness.

I saw many things including Coaches Sonnon & Szolek conversing over
the set up of the OCS weight Divisions, exercise selections & format.

I remember seeing the LOOK on their faces as they rationalized
the kind of numbers they would have to put up.

I also remember seeing them day after day after day, rain or shine,
training through the coldest of weather, and callusing their hands,
as those ridiculously high OCS Numbers started to seem possible.

With the help of Phase IV they started to envision the possibility of MS numbers.

Top Notch Numbers became a reality, and incidentally
I got healthier. It was only a few months but it seemed like years,
because SO much happened.

Their hardwork & discipline were the examples of inspiration I needed
to get myself back on track.

Which was exactly what I did. Just 4 days after OCS my training Skyrocketed!
I popped not just 1 but 2 levels.
Previously I had only been able to do Mills with the 15's.

Now I'm able to mills with the 25's :!:

Just being around people who compete in events like OCS makes
you want to try harder to accomplish you goals.

My hat goes off to all of the OCS Competitors, Coach Sonnon, Coach Szolek, Coach Jones,Scott Hagnas, and last but not least, Casey Reilly.

Thanks Guys :!:

My other Clubbell is a Bruiser!
