Adam and Sean gave a good description of what the seminar was about and the type of experience it is.
To repeat for emphasis: Coach Jones and Coach Wilson did an amazing job of leading from the front and managing a such a diverse class. At the beginning of the seminar we all shared our background and goals. At the end everyone was very satisfied that they got what they came for and more.
One thing that hasn't been said was: How much fun it is. I noticed that even after the end of two full days, people were still laughing. Its no secret you learn better when you're having fun.
If you've been thinking you might like to try it but something is holding you back, don't wait, take the plunge. If you've been away from martial arts for a while, it will help you reconnect with why you started to study in the first place. If you're very experienced you'll see things in new ways that will keep you from hitting a plateau. You'll be glad you did.
