I'm new to circular strength training, and I became interested after reading about Intu-flow and Prasara Yoga. I have always done basic joint mobility exercises to balance my pounding wrestling training, and I thought I could take it to the next level with these methods.
After looking at the store I decided on the Movement Sophistication Bundle for sure, but didn't know which Prasara Yoga product to buy. What is the difference between FlowFit, Forward Pressure, and Prasara: Flow Without Thought? Which would you recommend to a wrestler who is trying to gain mobility, prevent injuries, and recover from workouts?
