My goal is to share some of my creations inspired by "Body-Flow" Exercises and get feedback.

Today I had some errands to run so I only created 2 exercises.

Balancing Multi-Planer Bridging

&

Skateboard Box-Step

both have been done until I notice a change in my performance within the activity.

3x3 with a 122LB. Missing link from a boat Anchor,

The exercise is called "The Curling Rock-up Bench Press" which is done by taking the object listed above and curling it while rocking my spine on the bench,
and pressing the weight while ascending to my feet.

Imagine a Rock-up Deck squat on a bench with no squat, add in a pre-emptive curl and your there.

3X3 "Lawnmower Press" with kettlebells.
