I'm moving into the master level of intu-flow.
Looking at the arm movement alternating waves - shoulder -elbow - wrist
it appears to me that it is exactly the same as in the advanced level.
Am I correct and if not could someone please explain the difference.
Thanks

Mythmaker,
Congrats on moving on to the Master Level. That is very impressive. It took me a very long time to get there.
The key difference between the levels aren't neccessarily in the movements but learning the integration of the breath along with the body as a whole in order to lubricate the joints through the 6 ranges of movement. Anyone can 'do' the movements. But just moving through the movements isn't really going to let your body get the best use out of the mastery level. Nor any of the levels for that matter.
I am not saying that you can't possibly be at Mastery Level! Everyone progresses at a differnt pace and ability.
Just take a good look at how you are incorporating your breathing, structure and movement as one while performing Intu-Flow.
Remember, it is not about getting to the highest level. It's about how you get there that matters.

Yes, the waves are the same. Coach Sonnon's instruction on them includes a few different ideas on sophisitication, so you have enough material to work with to incorporate whether you're on advanced or on master.

Sean Flanagan thanks for answering my question. I really appreciate it.
I'm sure I will have more questions as I move along.
Coach Hurst I will keep in mind what you said. There were a lot of assumptions in your response which never answered my question. BTW I looked at your vids on your homepage and if I must say so you do move well.
