Goal: It is now September 1, 2007. I am stomping a frontside 360 on the vert ramp at the Commons and it feels great.

Why? - Because I need to make friends with FEAR. It holds me back to much everywhere and I don't even realize it. To step up and progress in skateboarding and in Snowboarding. Because those are the only sports I really dig. To make friends at the park. To learn the discipline of setting a goal and making it happen even though I have no certainty I'll get it.

Plan:

1. Improve Ollies - I need more pop out of my legs. Explosive Leg Program.
2. Flat ground 180s
3. Frontside and Backside Airs
4. Dropping in the Deep End of the ramp
5. Riding the Transition
6. Vert Backside and Frontside 180s with Grabs
7. Learn to Bail in the Pipe - Ground Engagement
8. Find some mentors at the park
9. Use Model Thinking - Shaun White
10. Flow Fit I and II alternating days for general fitness and to increase my mobility and ground engagement.
11. Trampoline with a skatedeck - learn how to spin in a low consequence enviroment.

Aight let's do this!!!

Flow Fit - 30 min. Progressing in the twisting motions. This is getting a bit easy. Maybe I'll chuck in Pull Ups and Bridges.

Flow Fit II - I got up out of shinbox into flat-foot today! Wicked!

Explosive Legs

15x2 Reps Lateral jumps...just like Ollies
15x2R Ollies and Switch Ollies...they're improving and it's feedback which helps tons. Focus on the prize.
