TO ALL:
(PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT TO SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACE A WORKSHOP OR SEMINAR. IT IS MORE OF A 'INVESTIGATIVE/RESEARCH/PRIMER STUDY GROUP' OPPORTUNITY. IT IS NEITHER DESIGNED NOR INTENDED TO CONFLICT WITH ANY APPROPRIATE CST BUSINESS. THINK OF THIS AS A CHANCE TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH CST AND INTERACT ON A SOMEWHAT REGULAR BASIS WITH OTHERS. SUPPORT YOUR WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS!)

I am now trying to put together a CST Study Group as soon as possible for the Southern California area, especially in preparation for CST seminar in Bellingham this August. This will be a great opportunity to help and support each other in CST. If you are not going to attend the CST seminar in August, no problem! It will be geared to folks of all levels! :)

Interested? Email me (tony@enhancedhuman.com) your attendance and the people you will bring. I need the best head count I can get as soon as possible while scouting locations.

Everyone is invited, no matter what. Bring your CST tools, an open mind, a happy heart, and willingness to share, make mistakes, and learn.

I’m thinking we all could meet a least once a week, although it would be nice if we all can try for twice a week from now until the seminar in August. Post seminar, we can adjust the pace to suit the group’s desire. Don’t forget, if you can’t make twice a week now, you can attend any day you can, the group will always be in a flux!

Let me know what your general availability is like all week long. Also, do you know of anyone that may want to join in with us?

As for location and cost: I’m going to investigate locations between Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. I would like to find either a yoga studio or a dance school to rent where we can all pitch in a few bucks to rent the place for about 2 hours at a time. I know from experience that dance schools usually charge about $20/hr. So 4 people paying $10 each to rent a space is cool, 8 people paying $5 is even better! J Meanwhile, we CAN use the good old outside for free, although in doors will be more comfortable….this IS Los Angeles, California you know ;)

I’ll report my findings in a few days. Let me know about a headcount of who you know you can bring.

I’m thinking we can do either a Tuesday OR Wednesday (?7pm) night and a Saturday or Sunday (?10am)

So, for example, the schedule could look something like:
Tues 7pm and Sat 10am…….OR Wed 7pm and Sun 10am

PS: A Clubbell count would be good to know as well:

Here’s mine:

2 pair of 5lbs.

1 pair of 10lbs.

1 pair of 15lbs.

1 25lb.

Health and Happiness,

I'd be very happy with $5 or $10 for a full 2 hours of CST.
If I can only make it for one session a week, would it be $5 if there are 8 persons, or prorated. Something to think about (I am already excited!)

If the group needs to rent a space, we would just divide it up among who's there. This is why I would need to know in advance who will show up and when so we have a headcount. Unless we are outside, then we only need our toys! :)

Nice work Tony,

The only thing better than CST, is CST shared.

Coach Cody, Thank you! :)

The weather is good down here, seminars are showing up everywhere, so I figure it would beneficial if people here in and among the LA area can get together and work together in CST.

I figure this is a good way to 'light the fire' (or more like 'fan the flames') of CST in Los Angeles since CST seems to be somewhat lacking around here. This is why I'm organizing a way for any and all to come and share CST. Build CST awareness, so to speak.

I have no doubt that when individuals in/around the Los Angeles area have the time/opportunity to grasp CST principles & information, they will more likely become active and participate in other's seminars, workshops, purchase CST goods and services, and spread the good word with accuracy.
