I was wandering around the archives and found Michael Gannon's article on Freeing Your Inner Monkey.

Oh my gosh, he articulated exactly how it is for me too. I was talking to a friend about what it feels like to get rid of SMA with body-flow and WW, find some amazing fluidity and how it's weirdly disconcerting.
She asked me, are you ambivalent about moving like a monkey? I bet you don't want people looking at you funny.
But anyway I thought it was striking that I literally used so many similar words as Michael's article when describing to her this process of movement recovery.
Makes me think of that axiom from systems theory: when many individuals have the same response within a system - it is something in the system and not in the individual. In this case the system is Body-Flow and it really does work as described. Wow eee
