Well, fellow Papas, it's your day. Enjoy it. Fatherhood is the single most rewarding virtue of being a man, and also the most challenging. Take a moment to honor yourself for how much you contribute to the world through your children... every moment of each day.

My family gave me a hall pass for today, so my son and I are going to climb Mt. Baker (only about 8,000 feet, not the entire 12,000. He's only 2 after-all. :D )

Happy Father's Day to Coach Sonnon, Nikolay Travkin, and all the other CST dads!

I received a block of time outside, uninterrupted to get a really great Intu-Flow session in. The day couldn't have started better! Now I get to spend the rest of my father's day with my family, just enjoying the day!

Take care, all you dads out there!

I, too, am a father of an 11 year old boy who studies martial arts with me and always jokes when I'm doing some movement if that is a "Scott Sonnon" exercise. For my father's day, my wife and son took me ocean kayaking out into the Monterey Bay (Intu-Flow did wonder's for the stiffness resulting from three hours in the ocean).
Anyway, Coach Sonnon, that's a wonderful hall pass you got from family. Last autumn, I, too, got a chance to climb Mt. Baker when I was visiting friends in Mt. Vernon. It's a beautiful, sacred mountain with a good energy emanating from it. Good for you and great that you took your precious child!
Happy Father's Day to all.
