Video for Freedom by Degree

Just finished watching the new video Freedom by Degree.....good stuff! However, I am wondering if there is a follow-up video where Scott takes you through the whole program...much like the warrior wellness videos. It would be nice to have the whole program from start to finish without all of the explaining...did I just overlook it??

I am fairly familiar with the RMAX catalog, hopefully I can be of help.

FBD is the newest RMAX product, and so what you see is what you get. The closest you will get to this material in a video in a 'follow along' format is the Warrior Wellness 3 volume series. FBD can be thought of as a followup/expansion to WW, just as 'Kinetic Chains/BME' is a follow-up/expansion of 'Grappler's Tool Box' and 'Peak Performance Pugilism'.

Based on the previous history of RMAX and Coach Sonnon's development of his curriculae and catalog, I don't think there will be a follow up product that summarizes and encapsulates the seminar material in a canned studio type 'follow along workout'. In fact, for the most part, I think that this is foreign to the nature of the material, in which you are meant to explore the material in your own fashion and make it your own.

However, I've been wrong before. Just look at the Betamax video player gathering dust in my basement. :o

I've heard that if you cover them with good, stiff bristles, a Betamax player outside your door is great for removing caked-on mud from your boots and shoes. :P
