Fellow Mac users?

For those of you who use a Mac:

Is there a way I can copy my Intu-Flow® and FlowFit™ onto my hard drive?

The constant in and out of the machine is hard on both the computer and the disc.

I can do the routines without it by now, but I still like following Coach Sonnon and the accompanying music.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am still a Mac newbie!

I'm sure you can but the closest thing that I've experimented with is HandBrake which allows you to download it to your hardrive and put the Movie into your IPOD, but you can still watch it on your computer screen.
