General Shipping question

I know that the Clubs are shipped from Torque Athletic in Indiana (?). But how does the shipping process work? Once a payment clears, is an order send out the following business day? How is it with DVD's & such?

I saw the shipping methods on the orders page, but it didn't tell me what I wanted to know.
