Hi
performance breathing Is it done every minute of the day or when active in something?

Can you use a power breath on exertion and then this?
Or will the performance breath be just as good?

Lianas,

Performance Breathing EXERCISE transforms your breathing patterns over the course of approximately 3 months of diligent daily practice and application. At that point many people see a complete overhaul of their respiratory efficiency, so that they "Be Performance Breathed" every moment without conscious application.

Whether to use Power Breathing or Performance Breathing depends upon the urgency of the individual's needs. If imminent jeopardy demands, then Power Breathing may produce greater immediate results - however, it does so at the expense of your health. If time is available to prepare or if doing so for masterful refinement and longevity, then Performance Breathing may produce greater results exceeding those of Power Breathing AND improve health while doing so.
