anyone here practice wing chun and have any interesting training methods, such as BWE, weighted ones, or martial arts drills that helped you in the art? I have a few of my own that I am working on.

Joey,

If you describe exactly what you are looking for, the Tribe can most likely come up some ideas.
When you post your methods just remember to post them in a way that everyone can understand.
On this forum we look at Martial Art & Combat Sports in a way that allows anyone to benefit, and excludes no one. In my opinion that's what makes it unique to other forums.
Looking forward to your insights,

I studied Wing Chun under Susanna Ho in the Chu Shong Tin lineage for 3 years.

Every class she would repeat the same three words. (amongst other lessons of course)

"Thinking forward Garth!"

The idea of stretching and creating space in the joints worked wonders, and I'm still awed by Sifu Ho's skills.

I've posted a gigantic pile of Wing Chun-related articles in the Archives section of The Martialist.
