Hi all,
I just wanted to make a post to mention that although I haven't posted a training log in a good while, that's not to say I haven't been training.
First following the Might 'n Mass experiment, I worked on my Mill technique, getting it to a point where I now know the form on a bodily level.
Then I used Coach Sonnon's Intuitive Density to reach a long standing goal of mine, 100 pushups, which I may sophisticate to 100 screwing Push ups in the future.
Then I returned to conventional (linear) strength training on a 5*5 for a while, and now I'm currently prepping to start a Bear cycle next week.
So to sum up I've been trying a few different things and did not want to post a non-CST centric training log. I'll be back with a HIIT based Clubbell program in a few weeks.
