Started my new cycle today. Had a good run and then later in the day I did my first Forward pressure session. I've been working with forward pressure for the last week learning the movements and getting ready but WOW what an intense program. I managed 4 sets of 3 repetitions (12 times through the circuit) in 19 minutes. My original goal was 7 sets of 3 in 30 minutes but now I'm thinking I need to retool my progression plan. My arms were so fried that I could not fully extend them over my head after I finished. I have a whole new respect for this devilish little program and I cannot wait to see where it will take me.
