View Full Version : Forward Pressure...The most intense series in all of CST?

Started my new cycle today. Had a good run and then later in the day I did my first Forward pressure session. I've been working with forward pressure for the last week learning the movements and getting ready but WOW what an intense program. I managed 4 sets of 3 repetitions (12 times through the circuit) in 19 minutes. My original goal was 7 sets of 3 in 30 minutes but now I'm thinking I need to retool my progression plan. My arms were so fried that I could not fully extend them over my head after I finished. I have a whole new respect for this devilish little program and I cannot wait to see where it will take me.

Forward Pressure has been wonderful for increasing my muscular strength in so many useful ways. You will enjoy the program. Plus, Scott Sonnon's compensation section is priceless. Do not ignore that all-important section of the DVD!
