My 25's just got here this morning. I'm at work (in a corporate office), but I still found a space to do a few mills, 1-hand swipes, and armpit casts. They are a lot more challenging than my 15's, but they feel like they'll challenge my whole musculature where as the 15's were just a grip thing. I'm going to slowly incorporate them into my workout over the next two weeks before they become what I spend the majority of my CB time on. I'm pumped so that's why I posting. ;)

*As I was typing this somebody came by thinking it was a wiffleball bat and tried picking it up. haha!

Ah, the wiffleball bat.

Congratulations, amigo. It's a very important distinction regarding the full bodily activation of heavier Clubbell lifting.

Yesterday was interesting for me, because it was then that I first realized that my grip strength had caught up to (and perhaps exceeded) my conditioning. On my 2nd set of 15 one handed Swipes with the 45lbs Clubbell, I nearly hurled. At first it didn't make sense to me, until my training partner pointed out that my form remained nearly perfect the entire set.

I look forward to reading what evil web you weave using your Heavies.

Ouch. I was curious if that would ever happen since it always seems that my grip cuts out well before I start to get really gassed. Those bruiser swipes must be killer though. I just went out during lunch time and played around with one of the 25's in the warm 40 degree F air here. ;) I got 3 head casts with each arm. I'm fairly certain that if I went for a 4th I would be a couple teeth lighter right now. I guess that'd be the easy way for somebody to cut weight. :) I have to get these things away from my desk. I've been having to explain club swinging every 5 minutes!

A triple on the head cast with the Heavies is pretty burly, my man!
No, go ahead and keep them at your desk. No problem on having to explain them to everyone. Seriously though, you could always contact Nikolay at RMAX.tv Productions to setup an affiliate program for yourself. There are individuals making thousands of dollars in passive revenue that way.

haha! Well I actually was showing a personal trainer at my gym some of the CB stuff a week ago. I intro'd him to the beauty of a pull-up/dip belt earlier and I found out he has a KB he uses with some clients. I gave him the your url. Maybe that'll be a CB sale for you guys. ;)

I was doing swipes with the 25's today and I felt it a lot more in lungs. My grip still gave out first, but it was promising since I was never breathing heavy with the 15's even during the phase density training. Pain and agony are right around the corner and I'm looking forward to it.
