I didn't see anything about this through my quick browsing here, so I figured I'd make a thread about it. It's a somewhat new type of therapy that a lot of lifters and other athletes are raving about. On a whim, I decided to try it out for an old knee injury of mine, I was very happy with results. More info can be find via google and the official web site is:

i also had ART for 6 weeks,,,but stopped, b/c unfortunately i fely mt doc would "talk" more than do therapy, and he worked off hours compared to the owner,,so i felt he was really short changing the therapy! in the beginning therapy seemed great,,after 4 weeks seemed like he would poke around my knee a bit, crack my back and send me on my way...
one day i went when owner was there and the owner terated me and it proved to me the difference between half a** therapy and thorough treatment...so, i left...it is beneficial when done properly..i am recuperating from an ACL tear, been 10.5 months, and moving much slower than i hoped :(
ROM is still a bit tight and strength and hypertrophy, overall leg functioning is probably 75 % of the stronger / healthy leg...
