Although I don't have a Clubbell yet, I ordered the Clubbell Training Video and Book. I have plans in the near future for ordering two Clubbells. Shipping will be VERY high to Japan I am sure!
I have been using Warrior Wellness for quite some time now with great results. However, I injured my shoulder in judo thus limiting my training with weights and in judo.
My main interest in Clubbell Training was as a tool for strengthing my shoulder and keeping it strong. But now after joining this forum I have realized, in yet still a limited way, just how the Clubbell can be superior over the 'typical' weight. It will still be neccessary for me to USE a Clubbell before full realization.
My question, finally, is;
Have you used the Cubbell as an 'aid' for rehabilitating an injured part?
Of course my end goal is not just using the Clubbell as a rehabilitation tool, per se. After reading and seeing videos of people swinging the Bruiser, I have a pretty good idea of where I would like to go. However, that is all in time. First priority is healing my shoulder. Baby steps...
I deliberately left this question vague. No specific answer I am looking for. Just curious as to the others out there.
