Knuckledraggers,
I've been working with the cable pull machine to try and develop my abs, cable pulls/pushs and wood chops. The wood chop seems to work fine, but when I did the cable pull recently, I felt a sharp pain in my elbow.
The pain has gone away, but I still feel some weakness there. I'm hitting the Warrior Wellness 2x a day and I think I will drop the cable pulls/pushes from my workout for now, any other advice for keeping my elbow from becoming more seriously injured? The workout i'm currently following can be found in the Workout Design section under "Wanted: Escrimador Fitness"
