well im ordering this week intu flow along with clubbells. i was wondering what program to do to accelerate healing processe of a finger injurie that was done sparing with a friend, my index bend to the inside of my palm. the pain is situated on the side of the finger neer the knuckle when i tuch it. But when i do a fist if i try to applie strength its at the second joint down the finger.
My other injurie i have happened with a failed attemp at a cat jump and fell on asphalte, lucky i was able to have the reflex to fall correctly to only have this minor injurie. It is situated btw the thumb and the index when the bones connect at the in the inside of the palm. It all so goes down a bit at the wrist, i fell tiny tiny tiny tiny bit of pain when i use strenght with my wrist or when i simply rotate them.
i need to heal as fast as possible so i can start training with clubbells :) . A question like that, doing intu flow, is it better to do them in the morning or befor sleeping, and is it better to do them befor or after training?
