Hello

My name is Adam Glass. I live in Okinawa Japan, but will move to North Dakota in Nov. I enjoy all types of training and sports. My favorites are Arm Wrestling, Power lifting, strongman events and Greco-Roman wrestling. I plan on starting traditional kettlebell lifting this fall after i am able to train with a coach. I very much enjoy grip and hand strength, especially the old time tradition of steel bending and breaking. I plan on certifing with the Iron Mind Red nail this coming year and closing the #3 COC gripper. Clubbell training is what brings me to RMAX, i ordered two 20lbs bells this week. I would like to learn more about the Circular Strength system and club bell lifting. I have in the past exercises with the FLow Fit system and like it very much as a warm up or cool down from my typical training. My email address is AdamTGlass@yahoo.com, any one can contact me about any particular thing.

Welcome Adam! Are you working with Intu-Flow (http://www.profcs.com/app/?Clk=2109935)® at all? If not, I highly recommend it as getting your improving your range of motion is one of the biggest things that will help you swing your Clubbells more effortless- not to mention be able to train harder more conistently.

CST is comprised of 3 major wings - Intu-Flow, Prasara Yoga (of which FlowFit is a part of), and Clubbell training. You're off to a great start.

I am going to with Flow Fit daily now. The grace Coach demostrates is what really sold it to me. The leg sweep is what grabbed my attention, because when i tried it the first time i was all over the floor. No control=weakness. The entire organism of CST is very very different then anything i have ever heard of or seen, so i am eager to move with this.

What is the difference between Intu-Flow and FLow-Fit??

Intu-Flow® focuses attention to each major joint of the body - neck to ankles. Starting with first recovering your range of motion and then sophisticating each range to more coordinated movement patterns. This lays the foundation for multi-joint range of motion drills such as those found in Flow Fit.

Hey Adam,

Glad to see you here. Where in ND are you moving? My dad lives in Bismarck, and I was thinking about doing a short workshop or two at his school at some point. It might be just the thing to get people moving during the Dakota December.
