Coach

It seems that a lot of your stuff is recovering, coordiante, refinement of ones total body movement. It seems this is hard for people to understand, since they want a hard workout of cardio exercises and weight training exercises "for a workout".

Any advice on furthering this exchange of information towards people? Some people just don't see the importance of doing this exercises.

Another question? Is that one major problem in that when one's body does not have all its joints going through their natural ranges of motion, injury is more likely to set in and someone is more likely to pull something?

Thanks

Jay

I know some people are put off by the intellectual approach, but education is the only way. You must educate them on how tension decreases their performance in anything. Then, explain the value of ROM exercises and its role in alleviating that tension. Moreover, explain how a healthly increase in ROM can improve their performance.

The more "science" you know, the better you are able to explain the value so they can hear you....yet, some people are just deaf.
