This is the best place (online) to interactively learn about Circular Strength Training and how to combine it with Kettlebells, free weights, bodyweight conditioning, nutrition, physical therapy, stretching, martial arts / MMA, other sports, and military preparation. 8)

The articles you find at www.circularstrengthmag.com are written almost exclusively by forum members. Many of the articles there are inspired by or are condensed versions of threads discussed on the forums. In many cases, a thread will include many insights that may not make the final article. This is the only place you will find the whole train of thought.

The concepts that Coach Sonnon, Doug Szolek, and the rest of the CST crew discuss in their books, articles, tapes, and so forth... are all interrelated. Like strands in a web, these ideas are excellent on their own, but even more effective when combined together. Forum members are constantly sharing ideas, experiences, and ways of solving problems.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach here. If you want to have someone dictate a routine to follow blindly... you should look elsewhere. If you want suggestions to help you tailor what you do to your own goals and desires, this may be what you are looking for.

By the way, this is a troll-free zone. Everyone is welcome to participate, but only in an intelligent, non-flaming sort of way. If you want to troll, find another place to go. If you want to escape the juvenile antics of people with nothing useful to say and learn about Circular Strength Training, come on board! :!:
