Does the process of using RP EDT and then using that to shave off tension and/ or guide when to sophisticate have a name?
I am looking to incorporate this process of feedback into my martial arts training along the lines of if my rate of perceived technique is above 80%, and Im not in any real discomfort (other than by working hard), try to improve the technique by:
getting tighter
getting faster
getting crisper
applying more pressure
asking my partner to step up the resistance, or
combining with another technique into an attack-flow.
I have just commenced Potatoes not Prozac, and notice that the author recommends journalling as a means to improve mind-body feedback.
Are others using this feedback process explicitly in other areas?
