Does the process of using RP EDT and then using that to shave off tension and/ or guide when to sophisticate have a name?

I am looking to incorporate this process of feedback into my martial arts training along the lines of… if my rate of perceived technique is above 80%, and I’m not in any real discomfort (other than by working hard), try to improve the technique by:
• getting tighter
• getting faster
• getting crisper
• applying more pressure
• asking my partner to step up the resistance, or
• combining with another technique into an attack-flow.

I have just commenced Potatoes not Prozac, and notice that the author recommends journalling as a means to improve mind-body feedback.

Are others using this feedback process explicitly in other areas?

The process is referred to as the "Intuitive Training" protocol.

It also applies to RMAX Powered Martial Art training - where it intertwines with the Softwork-to-Hardwork continuum.

Thanks Sean

The martial arts side of RMAX is definitley something I want to work towards, but I can see that tuning in to feedback has many benefits...
