My name is Nick Moody I am originally form Minnesota but currently stationed in Okinawa. I injured my back two years ago and have been misdiagnosed for a while and now the injury is affecting my ability to work out so I am looking for new ways to keep myself actually to improve my health just happened upon this website and thought it is worth a shot. I am new to the workout style and to forums in general, I'll just have to see how it goes I guess.

In general, the place to get started is with the Intu-Flow program (http://www.profcs.com/app/?Clk=2090594). Make sure you get any training cleared with your health care professional though to make sure there is no contraindication to your back pain.
The best approach would be to get a personalized program for you situation. Since, to my knowledge, there are no CST instructors in Okinawa, you may want to consider hooking up with one of the CST Pros who have on-line services (link (http://www.ski.inline-skate.com/index.php?module=htmlpages&func=display&pid=1) to my site...). With the wonders of the internet, by transfering pictures and vid clips we can acheive a pretty personalized program.
