These are the postures where i carry the most amount of tension. It seems like even when i go deep and can finally loosen up a little, the next day i'm tightened right back up and and sometimes feel even tighter.

It seems like mastering these poses without as much tension will unlock my Bodyflow.

Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about how long it took for them to finally unlock bound tension there?

Have you considered that you may have mis-alignment in your posture? This would cause you to over tighten the next day IME

I'm finding a lot of my tension is coming from imbalances. I've strengthened one chain of muscles without a balancing development on the other side. This is particularly evident in my calves and hamstrings.

I found the answer to my own question. Just practise level 3 and level 4 flowfit movements. It takes a few reps, but i will loosen up in those areas.
