Hi everyone. Some of you know me, some of you don't... so I'll introduce myself.

My name is Tom Grow and I have been "around" for quite a long time. Unfortunately, if you saw me, you'd think I sit in front of the Home Shopping Network all day eating Cheetos. What can I say? I'm working on it!

I own several websites, which you all may be familiar with. I also had the honor of redesigning the Zdorovye website.

For those of you who have followed my progress, or shall I say the lack thereof, know that I tend to get injured easily... and if not injured, I get sick. Anyways, I'm not using this as an excuse... just filling you in on where I'm coming from and the challenge that I deal with.

I love the clubbells and I really hope to become a solid, fit guy someday. Dare I dream, I'd really like to be in good enough shape to someday participate in some clubbell sport competition. I also hope to get strong enough to get certified someday soon.

Ok, enough about me! :) I look forward to interfacing with all of you guys!

Welcome to the Tribe, Tom.
Should we create a 12 Step Clubbell Routine for you?

Bill -- Huh? :?:

Scott -- HAHA!

Hey, first step to a cure is admitting you have a problem.

Of course, with clubbells, the phrase should be switched around... the first step to a problem (losing fat, getting in shape, etc) is admitting you have a cure (clubbells) ! :!:

A 12-step program would be great.

"Another of friend of Bills" is an AA slogan. The guy who founded AA was named Bill - they did a TV movie about it. It was a play on your post and that my name is Bill. Get it.....it's real funny after it's get's explained...not.
