Just got 4x7 and I definitly like what I see. As soon as we are in a new house and I have some normalcy restored to my life I plan to start my first 4x7 cycle. I just wanted to clarify something first. The cycle is broken down into 7 mini cycles 4 days each, equaling 28 days. Is this meant to be 28 consecutive days of training or 4 days out of every 7 in the week?

Thats the only training question I have at the moment. I do however have one question pertaining to production on the series. What was up with the no intensity day DVD? There were a few outtakes during shooting and instead of editing this out it was left "as is." Just seemed a little strange for the editor to skip something so simple when this is such an important series for RMAX and CST. Otherwise a great program and VERY exciting to see and I cannot wait to try it myself.

Brian,

As for those outakes, I like it because it shows the human side of coach Sonnon.

Yeah me too, I like the outtakes.

4x7 is a good program. I just completed a modified version of the full cycle as the original is too intense for me at this point.

But I have definately had good results from it.

Enjoy!

Does 4x7 program contain prasars yoga, clubbell,& intu-flow
workouts in the program?
On off days is swimming, running, & heavy bag work ok?
Looking for a good all around program.
Thanks,
Creel

Creel,

Please formally introduce yourself at the welcome forum. 4x7 contains all three wings of CST: Intu-flow, Prasara-Bodyflow yoga, and clubbell athletics. If you looking for a good program, then 4x7 is excellent.
