I get up at 4 30am for work. Any suggestions for something to wake me up? food suggestions? I hate coffee/tea and don't want to use cola for caffeine...should I get up at 3am to exercise? Thanks

Jay is this a matter of feeling sluggish?

can you go to bed on time or are you running a little late.

WW does it for me, started slowly. By the end things are working.

On the food, don't laugh, but sometimes "white tea" (hot water!) feels good.

I would stay away from ingested stimulants. bad precedent. that is treating the symptom usually

Hot shower/cold shower -scoop of peanut butter -and out the door.

Try a cold shower, t really wakes me up in no time! Also, doing a couple sets of clubbell swings seems to spark my nervous system. I also do WW in the morning.

Dousing first thing in the morning gets the blood pumping. I started doing it about a year and a half ago and am definitely an advocate of it.
