What are your top 5 favorite exercises to train the whole body with clubbells?

2 arm armpit cast and squat ..1 CB
Swipes
Snatchs
clean to order/squat
2 arm 1 CB snatchs

Swipes, especialy with a deep backswing.

Side Swipes
Whack a Mole
Clockwork Squat
1-Bruiser 1 arm clean to order...on occasion can armpit cast it(depends on my level of psyche)
2-Bruiser Side Clean and Jerk
3-Bruiser Medley(freestyle assortment of casts, pendulums and swings with lovely squats and lunges incorporated)
4-Mills(not the bruisers...yet :evil: )
5-And the newly found but love at first attempt Parallel!

1. Double CTO - When done with the heavier Clubs, there's something amazing about this exercise.

Top 5 reasons I love my Clubbells:
OCS Swipes (I'm addicted to them the same way that I'm addicted to the bad kind of love :twisted: )
ABC Hammer Throws (Every peice of me thrown in a blender on Liquify)
Samson Casts (Combines my beloved Rev. Parries and the Iron Cross what more do I need to say)
1-Handed Bruiser-Push-Press to Torch Hold (A new trick that keeps unlocking doors to new corridors of strength)
Double Bruiser Parry Cast (Cause to my knowledge I'm still the only one who can whip these beasties out and vanity is still my favorite sin)
