Dear Friends,

I will be at the American Kettlebell Club seminar in San Diego Certification on January 26 & 27. If anyone is interested in doing any private one to one CST coaching or group coaching, then please PM me. I do not have a lot of time on these days but I would love to coach any tribe member in this area if the times are ideal. I have two coworkers from Equinox traveling with me and they want to pick my brain during this time. So training anyone besides them will be a good break for me. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW... I will work for food if money is a problem but after watching me eat , you may want to pay my fee. (This ain't a joke. After training I get really hungry!!!):)

PS: If there are any RMAX tribe members in San Diego, can you recommend good places for a hungry CST coach to eat?

Hey Coach,

I hope you enjoy it out here! Jeff Higgs is down in San Diego (forum name JVH). I am not sure how often he has time to check the forum at the moment though. He just opened his BJJ school and is teaching CST full time so he has had his hands full. He would probably have some great suggestions for you as far as places to eat. He is also teaching some people down there that may be interested in your training offer. If you can't get in touch with him, PM me. I have some alternate contact information for him and may be able to reach him for you. He is part of our RMAX Southern California group and I have reliable ways to contact most of them.

Enjoy your trip!

Just a warning to well meaning CST athletes out there...

Anyone who takes Bao up on a work for food offer had better mortgage their house. The man hosts an enormous tapeworm and is capable of eating several times his bodyweight per meal. He's a bit like a boa constrictor in that he dislocates his jaw to squeeze down enormous portions, then swells up like the Buddha as he sits smiling peacefully and digests.

In terms of training, Coach Tran is a first rate coach, a fine athlete, and a compassionate friend. I highly recommend a CST session with him. He'll fast track your performance and get you on the road to your goals, and he'll light the fires of motivation that will take you where you want to go.

Just don't take him out for dinner, whatever you do!
