Is running really needed for heart health or cardio health in general? Am I missing something If i dont run????

I'm an Ultra Mountain Runner (average 50-100 miles a week) but I don't think you have to run to do a cardio workout and have an healthy hearth.
I also think that if you're not racing it's better and healthier to run a lot less than what I do.

If you don't like running and don't need for any specific goal, just don't do it.
