I jumped in with both feet. My bruiser and ABC manual should be arriving soon. I have zero clubbell experience. I have been training with kettlebells for a year. I am 37 yrs old, 5'6" and 155#. I can standing military press the 88# with each hand once. I can press two 72# for a few reps. I can snatch a 72# 15 times each hand. I can bent press the 88# for five sets of 3-5 reps. I'm looking for strength and mass gains. I also run two miles a few days per week. (9 min/ml) Where do I begin? I am anxiously awaiting your guidance.

Apologies for the delay if you've been following the forum you know we've been running ragged most of march.
Ok, so you've got some skill with the 2 and 2.5 pood kettles and at an impressive bodyweight to be able to handle the heavier kettlebells. And now you're looking to see what the Bruiser can add.
So before I jump in to help I need to know a few things. Have you tried your hands at the Two-Handed Parry Cast yet? and if so how many can you do in both directions (Grinding not Balistic)? Also how familiar are you with the ABC Front Clean to Flag Position and the Barbarians (Gama Cast to Flag Position)?
Also, how often are you looking to train and do you have any preconditions that I should know about? (injuries, overuse issues, etc.)
Answer me these and we'll be on the fast track to unlocking even more strength with the Bruiser.
In Faith,
